In addition to our interview with Jamila Scott, the fantastic blogger behind Cruel Rhythm, we got her to share her to 5 bands of the moment with us. Listen below to some great up and coming bands from the British Indie scene that will give you plenty of street cred.
1) Alt-J (or ∆)
They're a leeds band who make wonderful Wild Beasts-esque noise.

2) Bondax
Only came across these two Lancaster based producers very recently, they're only 17!
Just Smile For Me Ft Bobbie Gordon by bondax
3) FAMILY
Love this band, they're brand new, from London and they don't sound like anything else out there at the moment. They've just supported Wu Lyf on tour.
4) AlunaGeorge
Aluna's voice is something else. Super sweet vocals.
Cannot wait to hear more material from this Jonquil side project!
